NeuroTech Research at a glance
NeuroTech Research is an experiment oriented, professionally managed
systems solution organisation supported by entrepreneurs, academician, engineers and
computer professionals. The mission of the organisation is to bring into existence
a greater value for computing, through demand oriented research, undertaking turnkey
projects ranging from shop-floor automation to neural network based intelligent
decision support system and implementation of platform independent applications.
We extend our professional expertise to undertake consultancy and training works
in different spheres of computerization and automation.
System at NeuroTech Research
NeuroTech Research is designed to work for the
development of multi-user, multi-threaded, network-ready applications, supporting
a broad spectrum of hardware platform. The manpower
and equipment infrastructure has primarily been built to support indigenous
development of plant automation and web based applications on open system architecture.
Infrastructure
NeuroTech Research is using network based system with web technologies for the
last several years. The entire network in NeuroTech Research runs on
Linux and
Solaris operating systems, with iOracle8i
and PostgreSQL as the backbone database servers. Apache
web server is operational for development, testing and
running the web-based applications with Tomcat as the servlet engine. The
implementation of J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition)
for network based enterprise application is operational.
Standard TCP/IP and UDP/IP network services with firewall for Internet gateway
are operational to make network computing easier and viable. Client machines
are either Unix terminals or Thin Clients running Netscape Navigator or Mozilla as the
interface for accessing the resources.
